Simple bru Coffee – Stout Natural – 250g Grounds
Experimental lot. Inspired by the fermentation process of craft beer the aim of this coffee was to emulate thenotes of a heavy dark beer. The fermentation of this coffee is undertaken in a hot enviroment, harvested cherries are left for 200 hours to ferment in sacks together with a fermenentation mix, The coffee is then dried naturally.
